Dec. 8th, 2008 01:02 amSo we're moving into another apartment and due to the short notice we had about it we're not going to have internet for a week and that's only because we're going back to our hometown for a vacation and the relatives will all have the 'net.
So I will miss everyone very very much and am looking forward to binging myself on fics and journals next Sunday.

fandom_secrets about how the OP was sad we didn't have Peter around to fix our world and it made me crack up. Yeah, America isn't doing so well but do you really want Peter Petrelli trying to fix us? The guy who almost blew up New York and then proceeded to be so gullible that he almost made it possible for the entire human race to be wiped out with a virus. Yeah... Personally I'm glad he's just a fictional character.

NY is AWESOME. It's so busy and there's so much to look at and so many people! I'm glad I don't live there but it's definitely a fun place to visit. I got to see Ground Zero and the Statue of Liberty and take the Subway and shop in a Whole Foods. So I consider the trip to be a success of epic proportions.
I'm going to be posting a new fics soon and am actually forcing myself to write again. It might be a while before I finish a new fic but thankfully I do have a bunch saved up to post.

Mini Update
Nov. 7th, 2008 02:18 amSo I'm going to NY for the next few days, I'll be gone until Wednesday. I will be back online doing my usual amounts of nothing after that.
Feeling better thanks to having to figured out how to upload a mood theme. I've tried to do this several times in the past and failed completely. And now I found instructions that were simple to follow and haha, MOOD THEME UPLOADED!

So, even though Kieran requested not to go and was told he wasn't going, apparently they're going to send him on the MEU. (Don't ask me what those letters stand for, I dunno, I might not even be spelling it right.) What that is being shipped out on a boat for six months to do who knows what.

So he's leaving in February after all. He's going to miss my birthday and Davin's second birthday. He's going to miss Watchmen. (Which was actually what I said, wtf self.)
However, on the bright side, I'm going to be making a trip home and probably a trip to see a friend or a couple of friends. So I won't be stuck here by myself going crazy and talking only to myself and Davin.
I'm still pissed though. Fucking Marine Corps.
