For those who are better at tweaking their journals. I just want to change the way my tag list looks, to make it like a list instead of a cloud. Is there a way to do this without changing the entire style of my journal?

Also, what about text color? Can that be changed?

Depending on your layout, you can go to this page (http://www.livejournal.com/customize/options.bml?group=sidebar), find the "Display of tags in the sidebar" option, and change it to "list". :)

LJ doesn't give you options for that? That's crazy. Well, granted, I code everything myself. Have you tried editing the theme layer? That way you'd just have to change the color number code. As for the tags, there might be some comms that tell you how.

Just pretend you're talking to someone who has just started doing things on the internet. Because that's as much skill as I have.

I figured out the list thing, now I just need to figure out how to color the text.

It just says colors and gives me no options to do anything.

Ah... those boxes with the hex codes (#123456) are how you change the colors. I'm not entirely sure how to explain hex codes though v.v;; If you type in basic colors, that should also work?

There's no boxes at all. I think maybe my journal style doesn't give me this option. I still appreciate all the help!
