Title: At the Threshold
Pairing/Characters: Elle and a hint of Gabriel
Rating: PG
Warnings: Spoilers up to 3.08
Disclaimer: I obviously don’t own Heroes.
Summary: Elle preparing herself for her mission.
Notes: What I wish we would have seen this episode instead of Elle being completely normal. Much thanks to
flying_monkees for beta'ing this for me.Written for the
mission_insane prompt: Help.
Elle took a deep breath. You can do this, be normal, be cute, be Bennet's daughter. She'd seen the girl at Primatech a couple of time. Adorable and bubbly, head filled with nothing but her perfect cheer-leading life.
She rubbed the watch in her pocket and pushed back the images she'd had when seeing Gabriel's picture. How pretty he'd be if she got to spark him -not a lot, just the littlest bit. She opened the door and looked around, calling out in her sweetest voice as she looked around for the man she knew was there.
A sound from the back sent her in that direction and the sight of him hanging from the ceiling sent waves of panic through her. She couldn't let her dad down, she just couldn't. Not even stopping to think, she just took aim and fired.
